Classic Snickerdoodle - Not everyone can or would prefer to eat a peanut-containing cookie, and for those who clearly are missing out, I offer another classic, but nut-free, flavor combo…cinnamon and sugar. The classic Snickerdoodle’s list of ingredients belies its elegant complexity (or is it simplicity?), and when executed as well as I think this one is it is a uniquely soft, tender and pillowy, slightly tangy, cinnamony, delight. It most definitely is NOT a “cinnamon sugar cookie.” It is a Snickerdoodle. Stock up, these are as essential as Classic Chocolate Chip to have on hand!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip & Pretzel - A long (even rainy) holiday weekend away with children may not be “vacation” the way we remember it, but it is a reminder that it doesn’t take as much as we think to create joy. That’s how I feel about Chocolate and Peanut Butter. so why add pretzels? Because it turns out that a slightly salty crunchy element elevates the whole thing. Nothing exceeds like excess. Indulge your simple side!
