If Espresso, “Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt” isn’t your thing, then maybe you’ll want to embrace some St. Patrick’s Day magic with my take on the bake sale favorite, Magic Bar aka the 7-Layer bar. Made without the traditional walnuts to keep it allergen free, it certainly makes up for it by being loaded with toasted coconut, graham cracker pieces, butterscotch, white chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips and a “healthy” dose of sweetened condensed milk. Sweet, familiar and a hit with cookie monsters of all ages.
