Looking at the weather ahead this week it seems Autumn is slowly pulling into the station. With cooler and rainier days ahead my mind immediately goes to warming spices and travel to exotic destinations, if only in your mind, just like the ones these authentic masala “Chai-Spice Snickerdoodles” evoke (using my own family’s traditional masala chai spice recipe). I know I just offered “classic Snickerdoodles” before the summer break, but these are most certainly not a repeat so stock up for the benefit of the nonchocolate eaters in your cookie circle.
